Gary joined Redrose in March 2026 as a Lettings Negotiator, bringing with him many years of valuable experience in both property sales and lettings. Before joining Redrose, Gary worked for Dewhurst Homes for seven years as a Sales and Lettings Negotiator across their Longridge and Garstang offices, building a strong reputation for his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellent customer service.
In his role, Gary works closely with landlords and tenants to help match people with the right rental properties, guide clients through the lettings process, and ensure everything runs smoothly from enquiry through to completion. He prides himself on providing a high level of service and believes that clear communication and attention to detail are key to delivering a positive experience for every client.
One of Gary’s favourite parts of the job is meeting new people—whether that’s clients, colleagues, or industry professionals—and helping to solve problems along the way. He enjoys the fast-paced nature of the property industry and the satisfaction that comes from helping people find the right home.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family and following football. He is a passionate supporter of Preston North End F.C. and rarely misses the chance to follow his team. A lesser-known fact about Gary is that he previously coached cricket at a local primary school and even led the team to victory in a county tournament at Old Trafford Cricket Ground, an achievement he is particularly proud of.
